• Features:
The operating speed of KZ4AC electric locomotive is 200km/h which is the highest speed of AC drive electric passenger locomotive in the Commonwealth of the Independent States. KZ4AC locomotive is developed independently by China with
excellent cold-resistant feature which could be operated in the temperature of minus 50° degree. The car body is equipped with monocoque structure with 2 cabs; the machinery room has horizontal main transformer, independent
venting system, middle corridor and all equipments are arranged in oblique symmetry. The locomotive adopts network control system and has one main converter and one auxiliary converter both equipped with IGBT module. The traction motor is controlled by axle. The locomotive uses middle low push-pul1 traction device and the traction motor is frame-mounted.
