CRH2C type high-speed rail EMU, the full name is Harmony CRH2C type electric high-speed rail EMU (referred to as CRH2C), also known as CRH2-300. It is the advanced or center (C) version of the EMU ordered by China from Japan’s Kawasaki Heavy Industries and China South Locomotive and Rolling Stock Co., Ltd. The prototype of the car is the Japanese E2-1000 Shinkansen. On the basis of CRH2A, it will be independently improved to adapt to the high-speed passenger dedicated line of 300 and 350 per hour.
