The metros operated on Guangzhou Metro Line 2 and Line 8 extension features excellent performance, mature technology, reliability and comfortable experience. The maximum passenger capacity is 2592 people. Maximum design speed achieves 80km/h and more than 70% of parts are made in China. The metro adopts sorts of advanced technology with safe and reliable performance. The result of static strength test shows that we did better than the requirements of international standard; the metros are equipped with electronic maps, media, camera monitor, fire detection and emergency evacuation system.
