CRCC Additional Purchase of Vehicles for Guangzhou Metro Line 3

The additional purchase vehicle for Guangzhou Metro Line 3 is a new B-type metro developed and manufactured by CRRC ZELC independently. The whole project purchased 26 metros that each metro is formed by 6 cars (4 motor cars and 2 trailer cars). The total number is 156 cars. The metro adopts DC1500V overhead catenary for the current collection mode. The carbody is made of B-type aluminum alloy; the bogie is ZMA120 high speed B-type bogie which is developed by CRRC ZELC independently. The highest speed can reach 120km/h and the design speed is 135km/h.
