Main features
Integrated explosion-proof type: Expzde Ⅱ BT4 (Serial number of certificate: CNEz07.0986X)
Stator applies shaped hard winding.
It is installed with explosion-proof heater(AC220V， 200W， 50Hz)
High strength copper alloy squirrel-cage rotor
200 level corona-resistance insulation structure
Rotating shaft adopts high strength alloy steel material.
IP55 increased-safety explosion-proof stainless steel material
It is installed with explosion-proof air pressure switch for positive pressure protection and explosion-proof overhaul switch for system overhaul protection.
Each phase winding of stator is embedded with two PT100 stator winding temperature sensors.
Imported SKF/FAG bearing is applied.
